City Walk Hoorn
Hoorn is a historic port city located on the Markermeer lake and a crucial Dutch East India Company (VOC) city during the Golden Age (1602-1702). Many traces of this past can be admired in Hoorn's historic center. The city boasts 368 national monuments and has a population of just over 74,000. Located about 35 minutes from Amsterdam, Hoorn is well worth a visit and a day spent wandering its charming streets and alleyways.
